Our Meals
Our meals are available to purchase through our online purchasing portal https://order.essentialmealdelivery.com
You can select meals to purchase on a one time basis or purchase a package of meals to use over a set amount of time as marked on your invoice and service summary.
We ask you to use your meal credits within a specific amount of time to allow to adjust our costs as needed. Meals are sold with specific food, labour, gas and overhead costs being considered. After this period the meals have no value.
Please let us know if you will not be able to use the meals in your specific time period 14 Days before they are due to expire. We can work together to find a solution. In this case move your dollar balance to a promotional gift card that will expire within 30 days with no exceptions.
If you live outside of our delivery area, you can choose to pickup your meals from our kitchen in Etobicoke.
If you request a refund. It must be requested within 2 days of purchase and will be made within 30 days of purchase less any credit card fees we incur. If your meal package is expired you do not qualify for a refund.
Our Gift Cards
Gift cards are available to purchase through our online web store https://order.essentialmealdelivery.com/gift-cards
They are to be used one time and loaded into the system to use. Gift Cards cannot be transferred once redeemed.
Gift cards are to be used towards our meal delivery service only.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Essential Meals. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Essential Meals. Essential Meals reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Essential Meals also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Essential Meals again, just sign up as you did the first time and Essential Meals will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at [email protected].
